Incidental radiological finding of tracheal diverticulum.

1010-7940/$ — see front matter # 2007 European Association for Cardio-Thoracic doi:10.1016/j.ejcts.2006.12.007 A 77-year-old man with 30-pack-years smoking history, presented with incidental radiological finding of tracheal diverticulum (Fig. 1). Fiberoptic bronchoscopy was performed (Fig. 2). As the patient was asymptomatic, no surgical correction of the tracheal diverticulum was necessary. After 2 years period, the patient has not developed any respiratory symptoms.
